Olympics-A sports day that the fourth and fifth graders do at the end of the year.

Fun and Fitness Day-A sports day for first grade through third grade.

Grandparents Day-Grandparents come and have breakfast with their grandchildren,and sometimes come and see their classrooms.

Book Fair - Every November during Parent Teacher Conferences in the Library.

Holidays Around the World-Kindergarten through second grade are assigned a country and they do a project for a specific holiday.

Blue and Gold Day- It's the first Friday of each month where everyone has to wear our school colors. Viking Corner is part of this day.

Open House- Parents come to see what their children have been doing in their classrooms'.

Music Informances- Kids in the same grade do a concert for their families of what they've learned in music class.

Fire Prevention Week- We have fire drills during the week and firemen come and talk to us about their jobs. We also go in their trucks.

Santa's Secret Shop-Every year around Christmas we have a shop that kids can buy presents for their parents.

Art Show-Every year Kindergarten through fifth grade is allowed to select a picture that they have drawn to put in the art show. That picture will then be judged. We also have sculptures to be judged.

P.A.R.P. ( Parents As Reading Partners)-P.A.R.P. is a program that we have each year. We have to read with our parents for at least fifteen minutes for five out of seven days for four weeks. If we do that we receive an award.

Viking Corner- Viking corner is a little store that sells school supplies. The fifth grade works the Viking Corner. Kids come there during there lunch period. Things are priced from five cents to one dollar.
